This notice explains the information practices of the team operating HostPro and hostprola.com. It applies to this website, booking requests and direct enquiries.
Information we collect
When you send a booking request or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, requested dates, guest count, selected property and the message you provide. If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics may receive page and interaction information without the contents of your contact or booking fields.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, check availability, prepare an estimate, coordinate requested services, prevent misuse of the form and maintain operational correspondence. We use optional analytics to understand how visitors use the website and which pages lead to enquiries.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Booking notifications are delivered through Resend. Optional website analytics are provided by Google Analytics only after you choose to allow analytics. These providers process information for the services they supply to HostPro.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become a booking or service relationship are normally deleted within 24 months after the last contact. Correspondence connected to a booking or property service may be retained while the relationship is active and for up to four years afterward for operational records, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed, and you may request deletion using the contact information below.
Your choices and requests
You can decline optional analytics and change that choice from the website footer. You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted. HostPro does not sell personal information. We may need enough information to identify the relevant request before acting on it.
Browser privacy signals
The website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Optional Google Analytics remains disabled unless you select Allow analytics. We will update this notice if our handling of browser-based privacy signals changes.
Security and updates
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. We may update this notice when our services or data practices change and will revise the date shown on this page.
